I've seen these same Machines on the tracks of the so called street outlaw N.P.K's tracks.....say what you want but I've seen these same Machines all the time and sometimes these Machines will be in the background of there UA-cam videos I guess they forgot to edit that part out...lol..either way video or not I've seen it with my own eyes what they do sometimes.
